We provide a flexible service offering reliable delivery to all parts of the UK using a local pallet courier service. Delivery options will vary depending on location and the product chosen. Charges will be calculated using postal code zones and requested delivery option.
Please be advised that our warehouse will be closed over the Holiday period between 23rd December and 1st January.
This means that any orders placed during this period will not be processed until the 2nd January.
To ensure delivery before Christmas; we advise that all orders are placed on or before Monday 16th December. This will only apply to orders that are in stock and do not have a Special order delivery lead time.
Please also note that Collections for In Stock items will be available up to and including 23rd December from our Warehouse in Oxfordshire. Choose this option at checkout if required.
Studio Tiles will not be held responsible for late deliveries during December and the Holiday Period as Transport will be significantly slower due to increase in demand, traffic and possible weather conditions.
We ship our UK stocked products nationwide using a 2-5 Working Day delivery service to get your order to you at your earliest convenience.* Times vary between products and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
To ensure everything goes smoothly, providing any instructions necessary for the delivery driver will reduce any possibilities of delays which are out of our control
Our customer service will be available every step of the way through your order to help with both delivery, and any enquiries you may have.
We ask that on receipt of your order, you check the condition of the goods and note any damage on the delivery note.
We will be unable to claim any replacements if this is not done.
