These are the details that were used to place your order, and what we will use to be in touch going forward.

Returns Details
This information will be used to know exactly what is being returned, if they are applicable, and calculate the value/weight of the items.

Return Method
This is important for us to know if a collection needs to be arranged by ourselves, which will incur a carriage charge. This amount will be taken off the final credit amount that you receive. You are welcome to arrange your own transportation at your own cost, or for the goods to be returned in person to our warehouse by yourself.

Additional Information
Here we advise that you describe the issue and/or reasons for returning goods so we can quickly validate if we are able to accept and process the returns request in accordance with our T&Cs.

If photos are required to explain the issue or reason for return then we advise to attach them here. (Please note that photos need to be less than 5mb each)

What happens next?
After submitting; we will raise a case for the request and look into the eligabilty of returns based on our T&Cs. Once this is done we will be in touch regarding the request to arrange next steps.
